Shipping
Sweetie Pie Baby Boutique ships using USPS (Priority), UPS (Ground), and Fed Ex.
Most of our items ship within two weeks of your order. Many of our items ship sooner but we ask that you give us two to four weeks as some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items that take longer to ship will be noted in the product description.
If you need immediate delivery on an item, please note this in the special request box when placing your order or contact a customer service representative. There is an additional fee for rush deliveries. Your customer service representative can provide you with this information.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will glady accept back the unused item within 14 days of the original purchase date. Customized, monogrammed, and personalized items are non-refundable. To receive a refund:
1. Contact Sweetie Pie Baby Boutique via e-mail (cameo@sweetiepiebaby.com) or phone (202-378-8746) and obtain a return authorization.
2. Send the item back.
3. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to the credit card you used for the original purchase.
4. Items received after 14 days will be issued a store credit.
